He had an interest in culinary arts from an early age. His culinary journey began in the United Kingdom. It was the exposure to different cultures that he accumulated diversity in his cuisine. Chef Nigel is reserved in nature but his culinary work speaks volumes. He is thrilled to have a new modern, chic, space to entice TARL’s customers with his rich flavorful dishes.
Short in stature but exceptional baking prowess, Ms. Kelisha Goodridge, sweetens your taste buds with her delightful desserts. Her favorite dish to bake is “Bake Alaska”, which is a cake base, ice cream in the middle covered with merengue and this is baked or torched.
More fondly known as ‘Chef Berres’, Mr. Kerron Fortune acquired his nickname by his love for singing while cooking. Adding his own flavor to food for customers brings him immense joy and this can be tasted in all the dishes he serves.
Mr. Mohan Bachan has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held several managerial portfolios at various restaurants across Trinidad.
